The Bear Hütte is at the foot of the vast mountain playzone – the Ski Circus, one of Europe’s largest ski areas, from wide-open blues to challenging blacks and off piste paradise; skiing in Saalbach truly has something for everyone. Excellent ski schools for all levels.

The ski circus also has numerous snowparks –big air kickers, spine, wall ride and various rails and boxes. Guests can enjoy night skiing- floodlit slope in nearby Hinterglemm (ski bus ride away).

Après Ski is the best in Saalbach – a must... Take the magic 6er to the Berger Hochalm for Happy Hour daily at 3pm. Then once the piste bashers have groomed the snow, take their fresh tracks to the Hinterhag-alm – live music on the balcony, drinks are flowing and the dance floor is booming – all the family welcome. What better way to enjoy a teatime before returning to the village with a rosy glow!
